Smith Chiropractic serves patients for acute and chronic conditions.  Our office also provides wellness care.  

Dr. Smith is trained in a variety of Chiropractic Techniques.  He draws from multiple techniques to find what is best and most comfortable for the patient.   Dr. Smith is partial to  adjusting with manual techniques, such as Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson Drop.  He is also trained in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Upper Cervical technique, which are "lighter" manual techniques.  Although he is partial to "hands on" adjusting, Dr. Smith is also trained in and uses Activator Technique and other instrument techniques for patients that need or prefer instrument adjusting.  Dr. Smith is also trained in extremity adjusting and adjusts shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, feet and ankles with either manual or instrument adjusting techniques.  

Dr. Smith  encourages his patients to discuss with him what they are comfortable with, or not comfortable with, in their treatment.  The ultimate goal is to improve the health and promote the well-being of the patient and Dr. Smith has many adjusting techniques at his disposal to achieve this goal.   

Smith Chiropractic incorporates physical therapy modalities into patient treatment plans when appropriate.  Physical therapy modalities can be valuable in the treatment of many conditions and can often reduce pain and swelling, speed recovery, and enhance treatment outcomes.
